Privacy Policy

Please read this Privacy Policy before using our services. It applies to ClaimMyBenefits.online, a website operated by RHI Marketing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), along with our other digital properties, forms, and the ways we communicate with you by phone, text, and email (together, the "Services").

"You" refers to anyone who visits or uses the Services. By using the Services you authorize us to collect, use, disclose, share, and sell your personal information as described here, and you agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Changes take effect when posted unless we say otherwise.

The Services are intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental consent.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you give us

When you complete a form or survey on our site, we collect the contact and demographic details you enter. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, ZIP code, birth year, and answers to questions about your household — for example whether you own or rent, whether you own a vehicle and its year, make and model, your approximate household income range, and whether you carry certain kinds of debt.

1.2 Consent records

When you submit a form, we record your consent to be contacted. This record includes a timestamp, the consent language shown to you, the page you submitted from, and a certificate generated by a third-party consent verification service. We keep these records to document your consent and to comply with telemarketing law.

1.3 Communications

We keep the messages you send us and the messages we send you, including calls, texts, emails, and chats. Calls to or from our support line may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance.

1.4 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Services we automatically collect technical details through cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies ("Web Technologies"). This can include:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type
  • Referring and exit pages, and the advertisement or link that brought you here
  • Pages viewed, time on page, clicks, and form interactions
  • Approximate location derived from IP address or ZIP code
  • Unique identifiers assigned by our advertising and analytics providers

1.5 Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from service providers, advertising networks, data providers, and marketing partners, and we may combine it with the information we collect directly.

2. How we use your information

2.1 To deliver what you asked for

We use your information to respond to your request, match you with programs and offers you may qualify for, and connect you with the partners listed on our Marketing Partners page.

2.2 To contact you

We and our partners use your phone number and email address to reach you about savings, insurance, and benefits offers — including by autodialed calls, pre-recorded messages, and SMS or MMS text messages, where you have given consent.

2.3 To run and improve our business

  • Operating, maintaining, testing, and securing the Services
  • Measuring traffic, advertising performance, and conversion
  • Research, analysis, and developing new features and content
  • Providing customer support

2.4 To meet legal and safety obligations

  • Complying with law, industry standards, contracts, and our own policies
  • Detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud or suspicious activity
  • Enforcing our Terms and protecting the rights, property, and safety of our company, our users, and others
  • Evaluating or completing a merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or similar transaction, in which your information may be among the assets transferred

3. How we disclose, share, and sell your information

We share personal information with the categories of recipients below. Some of this sharing is considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under state privacy laws.

  • Marketing partners and advertisers — including the companies and DBAs named on our Marketing Partners page, who contact you about products and services
  • Service providers and contractors — hosting, form and consent verification, phone and messaging platforms, email delivery, IT, and support
  • Analytics and advertising technology providers — who help us measure and optimize campaigns
  • Website partners — who operate related brands and properties serving similar content
  • Affiliates — entities under common ownership or control with us
  • Legal and government recipients — in response to subpoenas, court orders, regulatory demands, or to address fraud, security, or an emergency
  • Parties to a business transaction — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

4. How we store your information

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes described here, for our retention policy, and to meet legal obligations. We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Please do not use unsecured channels to send us sensitive or confidential information.

5. Your choices

Quick opt-outs Text: reply STOP to any message. Email: click the unsubscribe link in any email. Calls and everything else: email [email protected].

5.1 Text messages

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. If you gave us more than one phone number, you will need to opt out for each one. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

5.2 Phone calls

To stop marketing calls from us, email [email protected] with the number you want removed. If you shared multiple numbers, submit each one. Partners you were connected with maintain their own contact lists — you may need to opt out with them directly.

5.3 Email

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. If you shared more than one email address, opt out for each one.

5.4 Cookies and tracking

  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you reject or delete cookies, though parts of the Services may not work as well.
  • Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC signals as opt-out requests where required.
  • Do Not Track. We do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
  • Mobile devices. Your device settings let you limit ad tracking and location sharing.

5.5 Privacy rights requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, opt out of its sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive personal information, appeal a denied request, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time your state's law allows. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.

6. California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the rights described in Section 5.5 above. The categories of personal information we collect are identifiers (such as name, postal address, email, phone number, and IP address); California customer records information (such as name, signature, address, and telephone number); protected classification characteristics (such as age); commercial information (such as your survey answers and the offers you viewed); internet or network activity; and approximate geolocation data.

We collect this information from you, from your device and Web Technologies, and from third-party sources. We may sell or share each of these categories with our advertising and marketing partners, and we disclose them to service providers, affiliates, website partners, analytics providers, and external parties including government agencies. We do not offer a financial incentive in exchange for the retention or sale of personal information.

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may request information about disclosures we made for third parties' direct marketing purposes, or ask us to stop making them, using the contact details below.

7. Third-party websites

The Services link to websites and applications operated by other companies. This Privacy Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their policies before sharing information with them.

8. Contact us

Questions about this Privacy Policy or the Services can go to [email protected].

9. Effective date

This Privacy Policy was last revised and is effective as of July 23, 2026.
